This contribution is made purely out of appreciation for the content and does not constitute a purchase of goods, services, equity, or creative control over the content produced.
2. Non-Refundable Policy: You acknowledge that all contributions are final and non-refundable. Since no goods or services are being exchanged, "Chargebacks" or disputes filed through your payment provider will be contested with this agreement as proof of your consent to donate.
3. Tax Deductibility: "Shail Official" is a private creative entity and NOT a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit or charitable organization. Therefore, your contribution is likely not tax-deductible as a charitable donation in the United States, United Kingdom, Nepal, or other jurisdictions. If you are a business entity attempting to sponsor content for marketing purposes (and seeking a business expense deduction), please do not use this donation portal; instead, contact our management team directly via the Contact page for a formal Sponsorship Agreement and Invoice.
4. No Creative Influence: Supporting the channel financially does not grant the contributor any rights to dictate, alter, or influence the editorial direction, scriptwriting, or production schedule of future content. Shailendra Regmi retains full creative independence.
5. Currency & Processing: All transactions are processed via third-party secure gateways (Stripe/PayPal). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees if your bank account is not denominated in the settlement currency (USD). By proceeding, you confirm you are the authorized owner of the funds being transferred.
